Juan Arreaza serves as General Counsel for Oshkosh Corporation’s Transport Segment. He leads the segment’s legal function and
provides strategic counsel to executive leadership on commercial transactions, government contracts, regulatory matters, corporate governance, litigation, compliance, and other legal matters.
Arreaza joined Oshkosh Corporation in 2018 and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the enterprise. Most recently, he served as Associate General Counsel – Corporate & Commercial Transactions, where he led the company’s Center of Excellence for Contracts, supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, SEC compliance, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. Throughout his tenure, he has partnered closely with executive leadership to enable growth, manage business and legal risk, and advance the company’s strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Oshkosh, Arreaza practiced law at a global law firm and served as in-house counsel, advising clients on domestic and international commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal matters.
Arreaza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Government Procurement Law from The George Washington University Law School.
