Mike Kaser is the vice president of operations for Oshkosh Delivery, where he leads manufacturing operations and is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, cost performance, and operational excellence. Based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he oversees initiatives that strengthen performance and support continued business growth.
With more than 30 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, Kaser has led large-scale operations across the appliance, automotive, and HVAC industries. He has built a proven track record of improving safety, quality, cost, and productivity while leading organizational transformation and developing high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Oshkosh Delivery, Kaser held senior leadership positions with GE Appliances, Daikin, Whirlpool, and Ford. Most recently, he served as Site Leader for GE Appliances, leading a $490 million U.S. manufacturing relocation and automation initiative. At Daikin, he served as vice president of Manufacturing for the company’s Texas Technology Park, overseeing more than 3,000 employees while delivering significant improvements in operational performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Kaser holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from Bowling Green State University.
